By accessing our website, joining our Discord community, or purchasing the Core Monthly Program or Pro Lifetime Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Program Access

Access to The Mastery Circle's community, case studies, video lessons, and mentorship sessions is granted upon successful payment through Whop. Access is personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred to another individual.

Membership Conduct

• Respectful behavior is required in Discord and live sessions
• Redistribution of paid content outside the community is prohibited
• Impersonating mentors or staff will result in immediate removal
• We reserve the right to revoke access for violations without refund

Intellectual Property

All case studies, video lessons, frameworks, and materials shared inside The Mastery Circle remain the intellectual property of The Mastery Circle and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold.

Limitation of Liability

The Mastery Circle, its founder, and mentors are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or damages resulting from the use of information shared within our programs. See our Disclaimer for full details.

Changes to Programs

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features from our Core Monthly Program or Pro Lifetime Program at any time to improve the member experience.

Governing Terms

Continued use of our services after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
